I just moved to Arizona from out-of-state. Had a great vision center where I moved from so I was dreading having to find a new one. But, Westbrook Vision Center was a homerun of a choice. Everyone from the receptionist to the optometrist to the frame/lens specialist were excellent. Prompt, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. It is an updated, clean and neat facility on a very comfortable setting and convenient location. I am definitely now a regular and look forward to my next check-up.
Friendly staff from front desk to Dr. Lots of food quality frames to choose from. Just a heads up on your exam...you'll be given a choice to either have your pupils dilated or scanned. The scan is $35 additional so if you don't want to pay the fee, take someone with you to your appt that can drive. Nice place all-around.
My family and I have been seeing Dr Smith for years. He is thorough and always explains everything he is doing. Staff have always been great with appointments and keeping the office flowing.
