This place is something else. I have never been taken care of like I was here. I go here specifically for Dr. Deemer because she listens to me, and makes sure I am taken care of. Then to top it off, I had the most patient, kind, caring employee named Yelka help me. I did have some issues with my glasses, most if the issues were my eye sensitivity, but she did nothing but accommodate my issues to make sure I was happy. The lengths she went really spoke to me. I did not ask her to go out of her way, nor did I indirectly suggest it, but she still went above and beyond to make sure I was not nauseous wearing my new glasses. Both my husband and I recently saw Dr. Todd Smith for an annual appointment. We can't say enough about the office staff and Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is both knowledgeable and patient. Robin assisted my husband in purchasing a new pair of glasses. Cindy at the front desk is so pleasant and helpful. We are so happy we chose Westbrook Vision Center.

Westbrook Vision was recommended by a friend. Had been a while since I had an eye exam, so was not sure how things would go. Turned out they went above and beyond all expectations. The whole staff was professional and friendly to work with. A few shout outs to Dr. Deemer, who answered many questions and took plenty of time to make sure I understood her answers and to Leslee, who certainly knows her stuff. Leslee fitted me for the glasses and help pick out the perfect frames for me.Such a great place with awesome people. My wife has already scheduled and appointment and is looking forward to the same great experience that I had at Westbrook Vision.
