Went today for my first time, I'm truly feeling like this is the right program for me.. I met with Charleen & she's definitely knowledgeable and really good about explaining what you need to do too have complete success..
I love (new )staff at NEOS Medspa. Taylor is very helpful in planning my HCG goals. This is not the ketogenic diet or keto diet --this is HCG solely. Their support is not only every Thursday at weigh check-in but you can always call or email if you have a question. We discuss foods and recipes and hidden sugars. If you cannot make it one week, she can have extra shots ready in advance. Really want you to succeed! The computerized print out really makes you see how you are doing...very detailed.
