Had the Sylfirm with Exosomes treatment with Heidi. She is very professional and knowledgeable with the machine and process. With numbing of the face for an hour before.. treatment was a 2/10 for pain . I appreciate the time she takes to understand your concerns and areas of face I wanted to see improvement. Redness subsided within a few hours . I appreciate how friendly and helpful the entire staff is! Will be back many more times!!
Heidi, a medical esthetician, was very professional and more than helpful. After I initiated question regarding other treatments she went beyond explaining and recommending, giving me valuable resources. Also it’s very rare to have the doctor come and consult so readily when not scheduled but Dr Bruggeman did just that!A+ experience!
I love this place! They always have great specials and excellent customer service. Had a micro needling procedure with Heidi and she was amazing, she even stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend them.
