If I could go back to the July 2022 and not stop by this companies booth at the Home and Garden Expo, I would. Unbeknownst to me, I was climbing onboard a sinking ship. Contact struck on 8/12/22 for 2 bathroom remodels and some entry doors. Job walk done on 9/11/22. By this time, 50% had been paid. Then came the radio silence until December. I get a call in December that they want to get my project scheduled for the week of Christmas. Having waited this long I said ok. The first bathroom went alright ,however they wouldnt let the crew leave until i had paid 75% of the job. Granted, i had already paid 50% before they even started demo. So i paid the next portion and the crew was supposed to be returning on Jan 2 to start the other bathroom. Well that turned into a Jan 9th started and then turned into them never returning my phone calls or texts. I'm not the only customer they took money from and never finished the job.

Gave them a total of 22k for a bathroom remodel and windows. They did the bathroom but can not get ahold of them for the windows. Been calling daily forn3 weeks.Service: Shower installation
