I called Edwin out to have a toilet and a urinal that were not flushing. He had to replace the automatic flush assemblies for both. He did just that. He was thorough and detailed and we have not had an issue since then. Edwin is always prompt when he says he is arriving. He does the job correctly and is easy to work with. He is very professional and a great asset to your company.
We had a plumbing emergency the day after my dad came home from the hospital. Paul came out on a Sunday and fixed our emergency in less than an hour. He was friendly, professional, and trustworthy.
