Great providers who actually care. Sure wait times can be long and as I’m reading through on the negative reviews, it seems that people are forgetting that this is an urgent care not ER. Urgent care is a step down from an emergency setting. My daughter has horrible asthma, and the times we’ve been seen here. We’ve been treated right and she’s always left in better shape.

Wow just wow! Our appointment at Phoenix Children's Hospital Blood Disease Center was so helpful, refreshing and actually gave me hope for the future. We saw hematologist, Dr. Williams. My baby girl has been sick 2-4 times per month, with chronic diarrhea, since she got Covid 19 months ago (she was 1.5 month old). Dr Williams took his time with us and really listened. He did a lot of bloodwork and even tested to see if she is missing her spleen. No other doctors mentioned that can cause some of her other symptoms. He looked up all of her labs and test, done from other specialist, prior to our appointment, so he was already familiar with what had been done, what needed to be done and her diagnosis she has. I left feeling very heard. I think he really cares about helping kids and helping parents that are worried about their kids. I swear he seemed like an actor out of a movie playing the character of an amazing doctor. I was and still am so impressed. I now see why the referring dr spoke so highly of him. He was also very good with my daughter. She has been poked and prodded by so many providers/machines/etc. her whole life. So, she usually cries the whole time, at all her visits, but she didn't there and she really trusted him because he took his time with her and even let her play with his stethoscope. I keep telling people about this doctor. I'm so grateful that her immunologist, Dr Shimamoto (he's a fabulous doctor also) recommended him. The front desk staff were also wonderful and friendly. The nurses and blood drawers were also great. Everyone was easy to talk to. They were all exceptional with Hazel and made her feel seen. They even gave her a full sized Mrs. Potato head toy after they drew her blood. She had a swallow study done at this location (about six months ago in a different department) and that also went very well.
