Great session with my personal trainer, Chad. Exceeding my goals for weight loss and toning. Love the aquafit workouts. You rock, Val! Only missing the infrared sauna. Back on Thursday and Friday. Clean and friendly.

Jan 15, 2024: After ~2½ months, the Jacuzzi seems to Finally working again! But over the last 3 weeks, I was told it was working when it wasn't, and not working when it was. Esporta Fitness Tucson, (Golf Links) had a great spin class by Mary 9:15 am on Monday 11/28/23. She was friendly, Assertive with class members on thinking of your self abilities. It was what I expect from all gyms. I am a visitor from Phoenix. I did not appreciate the five people who socialized, while the class was beginning. It's very unnecessary to interrupt while in session for the instructor and everyone else. I hope others will consider that in the future.
