Of all the crossfit gyms in the east valley, this is it. I enjoy how personable everyone is without crossing lines into too much drama or too much gossip. These are people with careers, as they are professionals. There are high school, university, and even trade school students, so there's a little bit of everyone here. Everyone does their best and encourages everyone at whatever fitness level, so everyone is welcome. I know I feel welcomed when I first joined :) The only improvement I can say is because this box is so strong in community, a little less chatter in the warm-up and focus on the workout. Dropped in and joined my daughter for a partner WOD on a Saturday. Box is clean, equipment is well maintained, the people are friendly, and the programming was solid! My daughter loves the box and I can see why.
