We just spent almost two hours here with Amanda. She was so patient and eager to help us as we are figuring out the design portion of quite a large full backyard remodel DIY style. She was fun to work with and gave us alot of options and pricing for different products. The prices seemed very reasonable and they have quite the variety to see inside and outside. They have so many different products that it will be a one stop shopping point for us for quite a few products that we needed. I have to say this company certainly puts the customer first. I called last minute needing some wall stone to finish a job and I knew it would be nearly impossible to get the same day. Without any hesitation three Team members jumped in to help Johnna M., Jim, and Rosalie. They coordinated everything and keep in touch via phone and email. Somehow they made magic happen in about 2 hours! WOW! Thank you so much for keeping the customer first, I have not experienced this level of service anywhere in a long time.
