Toma explained we must have experienced a one time tub overflow or improper use of the shower curtain in our guest bathroom. The now dry water stain in the first floor ceiling can be removed by inexpensively repainting a patch in the ceiling. Except for a previously approved emergency weekend visit fee, there was no extra charge. A very welcome conclusion to what we feared would be an expensive plumbing repair and temporary loss of water.
