“Kevin took care of all the plumbing when we renovated our condo a couple years ago. We have had no issues with his work. One of our old pipes sprung a pinhole leak a year or so ago. Kevin was responsive and took care of us asap, knowing the urgency of the issue. Twice we have had him replace the anode rod in our water heater. Most recently he rerouted some plumbing for us. In every case Kevin has been responsive, on time, fair, friendly and professional. He is definitely our first choice and worth the wait. He is busy for good reason.“

“We hired Fix It Floyd based on the recommendation of a neighbor and could not be happier! We had a couple of tricky updates to make to our home - one was adding a door to the arched opening between the primary bedroom and bath. We were unsure how to solve this, and Brian suggested a design we really liked. It turned out so well, we've been showing it to all our neighbors who have the same problem. The other was removing a half-wall in the dining room and matching the missing travertine tiles. Brian went way above and beyond by driving an hour each way to the tile polisher to make sure the finish on the new tiles would match the old. He also pointed out and repaired at no extra cost a bad drywall repair in our bathroom. There were other small updates like adding light fixtures, dimmers, moving wall plates, etc. The quality of work was top-shelf for all of it, and the communication was also beyond expectations. Thank you, Brian and the Fix It Floyd crew!“

“Place is good they do good work. At least Brandon did. Needed a quick pipe fix. Had to be soldered. Took less than two hours. My problem with it is that they charged $10 trip charge for a customer 7 minutes away, and a $20 charge for the gas used to solder a single copper pipe cap. Job was done good but I don't feel those things should be an extra charge. It feels sneaky.“
