Louie came out and after looking at our issues, it turned out to be nothing major and he basically fixed the kitchen sink leak by twisting the faucet tighter he was very friendly and answered all of our questions, and at the end of the service call he said he couldn't charge us since he didn't really do anything and even after we insisted he take a tip, he just asked that we call him again when we have issues. Although he didn't do any major work, I was so taken back when he wouldn't charge us a service fee and it felt like we were dealing with more of a family friend than a company.
