Pat was super friendly and asked what kind of haircut I was looking to have. I showed her a couple of pictures and she understood the assignment right away and got to work. She's located in a nice private room in the Salon Boutique and making an appointment is a breeze online. I'm super pleased with the results. I can attest that this is all true as I've tried the heat method and found it Almost intolerable. In contrast, her method felt similar to tweezing and was very tolerable.
