The appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes but we spent nearly an hour walking through what I want in great detail and she was super enthusiastic and engaged the whole way through. Her passion, creativity and knowledge were evident almost immediately. She really is there to make sure her customer is comfortable and satisfied…I cannot say this about all artists. “I wasn't feeling well and called to let them know not very long before the actual appointment time. We were able to effortlessly and seamlessly switch the appointment to a telehealth one. The technology, etc. was very easy to follow, load, etc. and Dr. Hall and I had a great connection--both virtually and patient/doctor wise! I had been suffering several weeks of horrific headaches. Earlier that day I went to my primary provider (again) and told him I could not take it anymore. As the primary doctor said, he was "calling in" the big guns to the pharmacy. I took them too! I wasn't sure what to expect from a naturopathic appointment, but I thought he might "shame" me for resorting to pain meds. He did not at all! He told me he would always prioritize pain relief and that it was absolutely fine to address that acute issue. That was incredibly reassuring. His exam was so thorough. In fact, by the time the appt was complete he had identified several red flags diet wise that could cause headaches that I could implement immediately and we have a plan for several other labs, etc. to continue to follow up on to identify possible root causes. He was also very in tune with my emotional well being which I very much appreciated because I was honestly at wit's end. I am so pleased to have found him and I look forward to what my future appointments will hold!“
