I can't say enough about the Wellness Bar and it's staff. They've been there for me the last two months as I embrace recovery from an injury. Professional, knowledgeable and down right friendly, I love this place! Under doctor supervision I have seen incredible results. The owners, as well as Sarah and Quinten have been amazing in my almost daily visits. Go for a monthly membership. You save a ton of money and the benefits of the therapies are transformative. I recommend Wellness Bar to everyone I meet. My favorite therapies are Red Light and the Cryo. Finally was able to spend the whole 3.5 minutes on the cold side of the Cryo chamber! It is life changing!!

I was so impressed with the services. I am not normally one to seek out massages or other similar services, but this is definitely a winner. I have been running hard and have been kind of sore. I had been doing lots of stretching and rolling but there was soreness that would not go away. I read that red light therapy could help. I went to the wellness bar in the evening and woke up this morning without the soreness. I had an excellent experience.

I love this place! I got the membership for $60 and you get four sessions a month. The great thing about it is that if you aren’t able to use all four sessions in a month, they go to the next month so you don’t lose them!
