I am in the middle of a course of chemo therapy and my kitchen sink clogs. Vincent came and fixed it beautifully. It was quick, and professional and the price was extremely fair. Everything was explained to me in detail, before the job was started so there were no surprises. I highly recommend these professionals and their business.
Shout out to Michael M!! Efficient, knowledgeable, and a great human too :) Gold Star was able to dispatch earlier than scheduled. Michael assessed and solved the issue fast and I had time to get ready for work still. He offered suggestions if we wanted to regulate flow while not appearing to be looking around the house for other issues to potentially address (like some other plumbers!). I needed that straight forward interaction today and will recommend Gold Star to others!
