“What kind of company texts you a picture of the technician and a brief description of him and his qualifications when he is on the way to your house? THIS kind of company!! For those folks who don’t love opening the door to strangers, this is brilliant!! I am very, very pleased with the service I got and would highly recommend them to anyone.

“Needed to replace an unusual style of gas water heater and I called two companies- Company A and American Plumbing and Rooter.

Company A had way more google reviews and what appears to be a large marketing budget and a lot of employees. They came out quickly and gave me a really high quote and immediately pressured me to both give them a good review and to follow through with the very expensive work.
