Set up an appointment online in which they came over a few days later to give me a quote. Sadly I bought the wrong item so it couldn't be done immediately but was recommended a better item. He even typed it in my Amazon list so I'd order the correct piece. The second time, the same gentleman came over changed the shower fixtures quickly. Definitely recommend.
The pilot in my hot water heater went out and Zach came out to look at it. He needed a part and had it sent to my house so it would be there for when he came back to fix it. When I called to let them know that I received it he was very prompt to come and get everything done! So grateful for Cactus Valley Plumbing and Zach!!!
This is the second time I hired Cactus Valley Plumbing, for multiple plumbing projects. Their senior plumber, Zach, was terrific. Advised me on what hardware to buy, and not! Installed everything to perfection: 3 new toilets, 1 FloByMoen, 1 Pressure Valve, 2 faucets. Laundry sink removal and capping. New laundry valves. New fridge valve. Beautiful job well done.
