Mike and the entire Taylor Made crew were just a delight to work with! I cannot believe I didn’t write this review sooner! Mike and Taylor Made came out, designed and built a pool at our home a little less than 2 years ago. We still love it as much as we did when it was first completed. The process was so easy and Mike made it so easy to work with, it felt completely in control the entire time! Mike not only owns the company but he also project manages and general contracts it! Taylor Made Pools is an excellent company to work with. I built a new pool. Taylor Made also does pool remodeling. I strongly recommend Taylor Made for either. Mike the owner is very professional, cares strongly about his business and ensuring the outcome is what the customer wants. Mike is very down to earth and customer centric. Michelle and the other office staff are professional and responsive. Mike is on the worksite when work is performed ensuring his sub's do the work as expected. I had my pool deck resurfaced and they did an excellent job! I couldn't be happier. They were very professional. Answered every question. Their employees are very nice and accommodating. They're careful on your property and clean up thoroughly when they're done. You couldn't ask for better service. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future jobs.
