“As a first time homeowner of brand new house your worst nightmare is coming home to flood in your house. I Google \\u0026 literally called the first place that was on the list I'm forever thankful I did. David was awesome I was in panic mode \\u0026 he remained calm explained everything to me gave all details over the phone \\u0026 was early for my agreed appointment time. In person David \\u0026 his partner(forgot his name I apologize, but he was great as well) were even better. Fast efficient while ensuring I understood all next steps. Within hours they were back to start drying my home. They literally handle all the insurance items. Hopefully this doesn't happen again, yet if I am ever in need of any service offered by this ServiceMaster I'm calling them immediately.
