I went to Lee's earlier this morning for the first time, after giving up on my previous shop, a "big-box" franchise salon that, among other things, ripped me off with a hidden $4 "Pandemic Sterilization Surcharge."Lee was there, took me on time, was very cordial, gave me a great cut at a fair price, and with no hidden charges.
