Her Name is Analicia,She stands out from the Others like Her Hair LOL! her Positve Attitude & Kindness to My Grandpa who is 84 just enjoys his time with her, She is Very Attentive & Caring to make sure he is Comfortable & Happy! Online check in system sucks. You check in and it says 15 minute wait. When you get there 15 minutes later it says 25 minute wait. I have had more problems with the online check in process to include removing my name.

First time customer...passed by on a Saturday morning and even though I did not have an appointment, was quickly signed-in and seated at one of the stations...all the women working there were happy and smiling...nice ambience inside with all types of sports playing on all the TV's...first time customers can get the VIP haircut experience that comes with a relaxing hot face towel, scalp massage, and even a shoulder massage with a small machine...VERY RELAXING & Soothing???Perfect haircut according to specifications and overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE.
