“First the flowers are beautiful! The florist sent a photo so I knew exactly what the recipient was receiving. And talk about above and beyond…Heather spent a crazy amount of time trying to deliver the flowers to the address I provided. Which was incorrect - totally my fault! When we couldn’t figure it out while she was out delivering, she took the flowers back to her shop at my request until I could get the correct address. When I called her back with the correct address, which was in another town, Heather happily delivered them to the correct one! Then thanked me! I hope I have more occasions to use this florist!
