“Previous 2 HVAC techs said I needed a new unit. Only needed a board. Honest and professional they were. Would definitely call them again.“
“Service tech was super nice. I was out of town and I talked to him on the phone while he was at our home, he explained what was going on with our outside unit, we have a heat pump and we thought the fan was frozen, it was but I didn't know it had a defrost mode, so not really an issue. The tech then explained that the bearings sounded like was going out in fan motor, recommended we go ahead and replace it, the estimate was way less than what he quoted off the top of his head. The tech didn't push a sell but I think he was just being honest. We appreciate that.“
