“I'm writing this to persuade you to use Frog for your heating and air needs.Frog came out after we realized we had an issue with our duct work under the house. No air coming out of two vents, and we figured there were holes. He presented our options in an understandable way and also suggested that we have all of our duct work re-done with hard to duct to bring it up to code and that is what we decided to do. Frog and his team were at our home before 7 am last Saturday and the job was done mid afternoon.Frog ultimately had to scrap the work that another heating and air service cobbled together about 4 years ago when we had a new unit and vents installed. Keep in mind, this is in a crawl space under our home, and has a max height of about 18 inches in places, and less in others.If your needing this kind of work, understand that it is not cheap. In more up-to-date homes maybe it's a bit cheaper, but for us, we knew it would be a little costly, and it was worth it. We have more air coming in now than we have since we've lived here.5 stars all the way around, and I will absolutely use him again.Services: HVAC system maintenance“

“We called three companies for estimates on a new heating system when our old one went out. Two companies, BR McGinty being one of them, promptly came to give us estimates. The other company's rep failed to contact us for two days, so obviously was out of the running. The McGinty quote was the better of the two we got, and while both reps were personable, the McGinty rep spent far more time explaining things and making sure we understood our options. McGinty also offered a discount for paying cash, which the other company did not. Once we informed the rep that BR McGinty was our choice, he wasted no time setting up the installation. The installers arrived early the next day, worked diligently, efficiently, and neatly the whole day and by 4:30PM we had heat! I cannot recommend this company enough! From the estimate, to the installation, to the follow up "Thank You" letter -- the folks at BR McGinty were professional, reasonable, honest, and trustworthy.“
