Bobby came out and examined the situation, provided an estimate and scheduled the repair for as soon as the locates could be completed (outside water leak in ground). The day of the repair, a crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. More equipment was needed and promptly brought out. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to locate the problem. Upon completion, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the area and smoothing everything out.Something of note, as a woman, I have previously had the experience of men wanting to speak only to my husband or talk down to me. They came out to my house around 10 at night till about midnight in freezing cold temperatures to break up some ice that caused my drain pipe to freeze up. “Absolutely Incredible Plan & Work by the Maintenance Company. We had our Septic Tank give out after 30+ years. George Holmes & Moe Upton came out and created a plan switch from septic to sewer with the least amount of damage to my yard. Since they are Plumbers and well as electricians - they were able to reroute my system to put new sewer on the side of my house vs the back. This saved my whole back of the yard and well as side yard's landscaping. Other companaies who came out were going to take a back hoe to my whole back yard since they were not plumbers and could not reroute the system. George handled everything from start to finish including getting the sewer line paid for and scheduled. They also put plywood down on my rock paths to save as much landscaping as they could. Anyone in BV that needs to switch from Septic to Sewer - The Maintenance CO should be your first call.“

“One of the few places I've found to buy the stuff I need for DIY fix its around my home, that doesn't treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. As much as I hate to say it, being a woman trying to buy parts to fix appliances and such around my home, is pretty hard. As most places, where men are generally the ones working, treat me like I'm stupid when I ask for something. This place has never done that. I tell them what I need, they get it.
