“These guys are very good at their job. We had to wait 2 weeks before they could make it out because there is not a lot of people that do what they do. I had been searching for an underground leak for while. They told me if we don’t find the leak you don’t pay. They had the leak found in 15 minutes and of course it was underneath my concrete driveway. They marked exact location and gave me a price to access and repair the leak. I asked when can you schedule this done and they told me right now. That’s all I needed to hear and said let’s get it done. 100 degrees outside, ripping up concrete with a jack hammer and digging more than 2 foot in rocky soil. 1ft by 2ft hole in the concrete and the leaking line was pinpointed perfectly. All in all 2 1/2 hours of work, $400 for the leak detection and $1400 to take care of everything. So happy these guys took care of us and well worth their expertise. “While it did take us going 3 weeks without water to get somebody out here, Jason (master plumber) and Briar did a fantastic job, I’d recommend them to anybody. Jason’s experience really showed and his trouble shooting abilities saved us from another inevitable major leak. Saved our butts and gave us peace of mind, thanks guys. I don’t remember the name of the last guy from Omni plumbing that came out for the same pipe burst but he left us with a “I hope it holds”, not Jason he takes pride in his work and it shows that he really does care about making sure customers are taken care of properly. Thank you sir for not just fixing the leak but solving our problem completely, big relief. Jason gets 5 stars, the last guy we had would get 2 stars now that I realize this should have and could have been easily solved the last time rather than us getting a $350 bandaid that held for a couple months.
