Very poor record keeping. I had to call them to get my annual service done and then it took months to get them to figure out my existing account. They blamed that on the technician not filling out the paperwork for my termite policy. They also tried to bill me for a spraying that was done almost a year earlier. When I showed them the cancelled check, they told me their new billing software must have glitched. Yeah, right. I've cancelled all services from this company. I'll find one that values customers and doesn't try to just take their money!

West Termite bought out my old termite company. I had to contact West to renew my termite policies on two buildings and have my quarterly spraying done. The receptionist said they had just put all the other company's records in a closet until someone could go through them and no one had yet. West took six months to finally find our records. They finally did come out to inspect and spray. It took another four calls and two months to get the policy renewal letter. In Dec of 2022 I received a bill for the quarterly spraying done in Jan - 11 months prior! I called and told them I had the cancelled check and was told that they had switched billing software and the old billing did not transfer over. I told them to cancel all my policies and I would find a new company that could handle records and billing. I've never dealt with a company so poorly managed and run. I'd stay far away from this place!
