They give great service! Always give me plenty of notice when my next appointment is, when they are on the way and when they actually pull in the driveway! The technician is in and out quickly and quietly and always asks if we are having any issues. I have used Orkin for years and will continue to do so.
Our guy is ALWAYS professional and polite and makes sure we are being taken care of. It seems our happiness and satisfaction is always his main concern. After going with a local, no named pest control company in Bentonville, I realized that I needed to call the bigger experts in the game with a serious brown recluse infestation. Orkin has most certainly delivered on my 5200 sqft house. So far I have been with them for a year and they go above and beyond every single time they come here. The technician is the same technician who has been servicing my house the entire time each month and he does a wonderful job, both interior and exterior. I have two dogs and he is extremely patient with me while I put them away so that way he can service the house.
