Not only is there martial arts training (Cuong Nhu, a Vietnamese martial art), but also tai chi, kickboxing, Iyengar Yoga and now Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for both adults and kids with day and evening classes. The community that has been built at Unity is wonderful. It is such a positive environment for children and many of the kids that started as young children and trained through their teenage years are wonderful young adults by the time they graduate from high school and go on to be successful adults. There is some great character development that goes on in the dojo for these young people. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place for your child to train or even yourself.“

“This studio in now located in Unity Martial Arts Center - Martha and Sylvia are excellent certifed Iyengar teachers they are kind and empathic. I watched them run around and help everyone to make sure that their experience was satisfying and successful. I would highly recommend their classes as a place to start your yoga practice and continue in their more advanced classes.“
