“Absolutely Incredible Plan & Work by the Maintenance Company. We had our Septic Tank give out after 30+ years. George Holmes & Moe Upton came out and created a plan switch from septic to sewer with the least amount of damage to my yard. Since they are Plumbers and well as electricians - they were able to reroute my system to put new sewer on the side of my house vs the back. This saved my whole back of the yard and well as side yard's landscaping. Other companaies who came out were going to take a back hoe to my whole back yard since they were not plumbers and could not reroute the system. George handled everything from start to finish including getting the sewer line paid for and scheduled. They also put plywood down on my rock paths to save as much landscaping as they could. Anyone in BV that needs to switch from Septic to Sewer - The Maintenance CO should be your first call.“
