“I had a bathroom in an old house that had years of seeping water, thus making the floor and floor joists rot. I wanted someone that would work with me as I wanted to do some of the demolition and construction myself, however I needed the expertise of a plumber during the process. Will shows up and gives me a quote a couple different ways, and I have to admit, he wasn't cheap. I decided to do the demo myself and build back the floor. Will helped me along the way with advice, both in person and over text. When it was time for him to do the plumbing he was fast and efficient. What I like about Will was his honesty and "get it done" attitude. He is, by far, the best plumber I have ever hired.

“Prompt, professional, and personable. Excellent communication. They did what they said they'd do when they said it would be done.We contacted ITS after a negative experience with another plumber. Bobby came out and examined the situation, provided an estimate and scheduled the repair for as soon as the locates could be completed (outside water leak in ground). The day of the repair, a crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. More equipment was needed and promptly brought out. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to locate the problem. Upon completion, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the area and smoothing everything out.Something of note, as a woman, I have previously had the experience of men wanting to speak only to my husband or talk down to me. “Highly recommend!! We called Friday, and Justin was here Monday morning to locate and fix a water leak in our yard. He happily answered all my questions, located the leak in about 30 minutes, gave us the option to fix it today, and quickly dug right to the leak and replaced the broken pipe. He even replaced a plastic part next to the leak at no extra charge because they often break. We appreciate you saving us possible future issues and expense! “While it did take us going 3 weeks without water to get somebody out here, Jason (master plumber) and Briar did a fantastic job, I’d recommend them to anybody. Jason’s experience really showed and his trouble shooting abilities saved us from another inevitable major leak. Saved our butts and gave us peace of mind, thanks guys. I don’t remember the name of the last guy from Omni plumbing that came out for the same pipe burst but he left us with a “I hope it holds”, not Jason he takes pride in his work and it shows that he really does care about making sure customers are taken care of properly. Jason gets 5 stars, the last guy we had would get 2 stars now that I realize this should have and could have been easily solved the last time rather than us getting a $350 bandaid that held for a couple months. “Got the job done. Cost was $268 total to snake main line at house to clean out (100’) to unclog. Then snaked clean out to city man hole across road (150’) so for 250 feet, that’s the rate to help others estimate. There is a tree that grows near the line from house to clean out so my issue was roots.“
