His veterinarian clinic and pet hotel are exceptionally run and staffed by caring, knowledgeable people who provide excellent care for our four-legged babies.One of our main concerns was prior separation anxiety experienced by two of our dogs when we boarded them previously, but the clinic staff made us feel at ease with regular updates and even sent pictures during the week. This thoughtful gesture reassured us that our furry family members were in good hands.What truly impressed us was the attention to detail. Our oldest Great Dane usually experiences stiffness and difficulty walking after boarding at other facilities, but this time he was in perfect condition. He did a little happy jog when we arrived to pick him up. It was such a blessing to see him run and look so happy instead of the usual state of being unable to get his back legs under him to walk and have to be carried to the car. It's evident that the clinic took the time to exercise him regularly, preventing any mobility issues.Moreover, when our dogs ran out of the treats we provided, they went the extra mile to find out where we bought them and then went and purchased more to give to them. This was certainly above and beyond. This level of dedication to our pets' well-being was truly heartwarming.Although it was our first time boarding at Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic, it has quickly become our preferred facility.
