“Robin has been taking care of mine and my family's animals for over 10+ years and will continue on for many many more! We could not ask for any better of a dog sitter! Not only does Robin take care of our animals, but she has also given my family a true friendship and a person we can always count on and trust no matter what with our four legged fur babies! Everyone wants to leave their companions with someone they can trust and Robin has never disappointed! We always leave knowing our animals are being WELL taken care of! Every time my family and I leave to go out of town our dogs start barking and getting excited because they already know they are about to go to Robin's and they absolutely love it! Not only has she taken care of our dogs, but she has also came over to our house multiple times and fed our cat while out of town, she has tended to my outside dogs, and she has even came over and helped us with stray animals! This woman is so selfless towards animals and everyone she knows. Always willing to be flexible and work with you no matter what. “UPDATE: I got a call today from The folks at ScentHound with some information about my last visit.They've implemented a new system (my guess is it's a CRM they're getting used to) and it's apparently caused some issues since it's been implemented, including but not limited to the mistaken S.C.E.N.T check report.I really appreciated the outreach today. It's such a personal relationship that groomers have with the animals in their care and it makes me feel so much better to know that they take that relationship to heart.Original review: This was my third visit to Scenthound with my dog Newman and the second time I got the wrong S.C.E.N.T check report for my dog.In addition, this last visit was supposed to include a bath and blow dry in addition to a paw pad trim, which did not happen and I ended up doing myself at home in our basement.The staff here seems lovely but they are clearly moving too many dogs through with two little staff to accommodate and mistakes are being made.“

I don't live locally, but contacted the store and owner, Barry and team lead, Renee were so helpful and worked so hard putting my large Christmas order together for our multiple pets and shipping it all to me quickly. Can't say enough about how great it was to work with them. I wish I lived close enough to shop there in person on a regular basis and to take part in all of the community opportunities they bring to the good people of that area. Any locals, I highly recommend and suggest you plan a visit in soon, and you are really blessed to have such a warm, locally-owned place where your pet care needs can be handled in such a personal way.“
