They helped me this time when the first company that my insurance recommended completely dropped the ball (I should have called them first...that was my mistake). They came in swiftly and got our repairs done timely. “Called Don 2nd; wish I'd called him FIRST. His competitor made promises, then excuses. I found DTC, called him at 0935 Thursday 18SEP24, and he arrived at 1000 same day. By 1130, Don was finished digging, pumping, and backfilling and on his way. His price was super, his work was FAST, and my house is back on-line. Don and his helper are both very friendly, fast, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about MY experience with Don Thomas Construction. I know who to call now.“

“In 2020 these pictures were taken and Stoneridge came out to make the repairs: https://photos.app.goo.gl/cztGZ19Rsd3AVZxd7 The wood beam running across the center was not connected nor reinforced enough and you could see the plaster separating. The repair person used several long screws, brackets to reinforce the wood. beam. Later came back to plaster and paint. The same area beam is separating again and the brackets and screws are no longer holding and therefore, the sheet rock is splitting where the two separate pieces of beam meet. The pictures below shows where the same situation is happening again because the brackets are not supporting the beam that are connected to each other. This is causing the sheet rock to once again separate. The solution that Stoneridge imlemented was not a permanant fix. I am looking for a permanant fix. https://photos.app.goo.gl/iYaoJkpwa5Gm5d8g8 I contacted Jim *****, the customer service representative at Stoneridge and was told that my warranty had expired. *** *** ***** *****, Huntsville, Alabama 35806 Since Stoneridge failed to solve the cause of the problem before the warranty expired and provided a temporary solution and provided a solution that would not be substainable, the company needs to send an independent engineer out to find a solution. I want these repairs to be made by a competent repair person that will produce a permanent solution.“

“Campbell Siding replaced our old siding with hardie planks on the first level and vinyl siding on the 2nd story. They replaced the fascia and soffit, probs of our roof and installed all new windows. One reason I chose them was because they were one of the few companies that were knowledgeable about both Hardie and vinyl and were willing to use the hardie and windows which we had already purchased. Other companies insisted that we purchase from them. They took the time to repair problems that had been created by previous contractor's shoddy work, even though it slowed down the work. Our house looks great and we are very pleased with the job that Cory and Josh did.
