We are very pleased with the finished product. We had a water leak at our place of business which first required a restoration service to totally remove the flooring in all but three rooms of the building. Hoover General Contractors then had to replace the underlayment, then paint and then install laminate flooring. Thank goodness for insurance. The total cost between the mitigation and the restoration was over $50,000. The stress and the down time for our business (over two months) were overwhelming at times – but we now have a beautiful new floor and fresh paint throughout. I can't say enough good things about Zac Cagle from Hoover General Contractors. He's professional, patient, knowledgeable, and has made the process of my first home claim for repair/renovation go well. I've heard horror repair stories and want to give him, his crew, and Hoover a shout-out! Thank you for making my home the best it can be.
