Angie is a wonderful trainer and dog lover. We adopted our Lincoln in 2023. Angie brought him across the state to us at home and helped us introduce him to our older and territorial dog. She checks in regularly and has been a wonderful support. We've had many rescues over the years and Lincoln is by far the most well adjusted and socialized dog we've ever had. OTC is a model for regional dog training and an excellent group to adopt from and support.

Roto Rooter was booked a week out and she felt helpless in the meantime, imagining the worst. Bradley went out of his way to drop everything and help her the very next day. He found the issue and fixed it immediately at a very fair price. We are so happy and will absolutely use Bradley again in the future should we need a plumber! We highly recommend Rousseau’s!

I highly recommend Max. He is extremely thorough and takes his time walking through all the fine details in his report. I bought a property a few years ago and Max recommended budgeting for a new HVAC since it was nearing end of life. He was right! Two years later, the HVAC failed, but we were ready for it thanks to Max's recommendation.
I called J Henry Plumbing when I noticed my water heater was leaking. I called not expecting to get an appointment that same day but I did! They called me when the technician was on his way. The technician, Connor, was on time and so polite and so helpful. Not only was I able to be seen that day I was able to get my water heater replaced that day as well. This is the first time I’ve dealt with this company and they will be the first call for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have used North Alabama Restorations. They helped me this time when the first company that my insurance recommended completely dropped the ball (I should have called them first...that was my mistake). They came in swiftly and got our repairs done timely. We did have a disagreement during the process, but it was all settled well beyond my expectations and I can honestly say I have never seen a company make things right as much as they did, it absolutely made me even more thankful that I did business with them. Projects and working with people can be difficult but if a company is willing to dialogue it makes a world of difference. I am extremely happy with the results of my project and would highly recommend using North Alabama Restorations to anyone who needs restorations done in their home.
I love this place. The staff is always friendly, and my pup always loves seeing them. They are super knowledgeable and professional. Proffessional may leave the room when they fall in love with your pet. Then they are like a giddy child. My dogs always feel extra loved and their tails wag like crazy withr the staff.
