Fast, quality service.They're always great!I've had them out twice in the last month (two completely unrelated problems).Both times, they responded promptly and performed quality, professional service very quickly.

Had a small leak at washer connection. Called and had an appointment for the next morning. Nick showed up (on time) and assessed the problem. Went immediately to work replacing a 36 year old faucet. Was quick and very efficient. Job done in good time. He was friendly and very competent.

Professional work done fast. Spencer fixed the leak in my shower faucet by first removing a rusted out screw and then replacing the seats and springs and the ball and handle. He then fixed a kitchen faucet and a lavatory faucet. After completing the repairs, he tested the faucets to make sure they worked properly. Finally, he tested the water pressure. Overall it took him ~2 hours, including a trip to the supply store for parts.
