“I had an amazing experience at this location! My MacBook Air has been giving me problems lately so I took it to the geek squad. I had to pay the $149.99 for it to get fixed and I'm not going to lie, I was very nervous about this because what if they weren't able to fix it and I was out this much money? Luckily, Bryson was able to fix it but it was not easy. He truly went above and beyond for me. It was such a difficult fix that he stayed late after work by two hours one night just to get it done. He even watched an hour long video on how to fix the problem. He kept me updated throughout the process which I really appreciated. He was clear, professional and friendly the whole time. When I went to pick up my laptop, it was like a brand new computer. I am so thankful for Bryson's hard work and dedication to fixing my laptop. I would pay the $150 in a heartbeat if I had to do things over again. In the long run, it's saving me a ton of money since I would've had to buy a new one. The lady at the front that greets people is very friendly too. I saw her the day I dropped off my laptop as well of the day picking it up. This location has a hand sanitizing and glove station set up which is awesome! They are following COVID guidelines very well.“
