While the gentleman was working on it, he realized that he didn’t have what was necessary to fix my older model phone. It was almost closing. He called another location and verified that they had what was necessary. He told them that I was headed that way, so they could expect me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got my phone fixed. I appreciate it!!!“
