I got my haircut from Terra and absolutely loved it! I have been searching for someone who could cut my hair and help enhance my curls on my curly hair journey. She was helpful, informative, understanding, and really made the experience amazing! She was also great because she gave options according to my preferences. The entire appointment felt so especially tailored to me, my lifestyle, my hair texture, etc. I really needed it and she delivered 100%! I was going to this ulta based on a product I wanted online that said it was instock at their store. Well, it wasn’t and that’s disappointing to drive that far but I’ll definitely call next time just to make sure
I recently visited the Eastchase location and had an awesome experience! I wanted to check out a specific fragrance that was not available. The associate talked to me about my preferences and then she found several fragrances for me to smell and I liked them all! I made an in-store purchase and later ordered more.
