Average rushed haircut. But mostly what I have problem with is the amount of tip that they try to force on you on the credit card screen. Outrageous, for a 23 dollar haircut the minimum tip amount is $7.00 (30%), then$10 ( 43%) and so on. Are you kidding me. This whole tip thing is getting way out of hand, I thought tip was supposed to be voluntarily. Not mandatory.Will not return to businesses that try to force you to leave ridiculous tip. Other People should also do the same.
The hours listed on website never, ever match the hours listed on the door. Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and was told they were not taking any more people...there was NOBODY in the waiting area.
A few weeks ago I approached Latoya because the last baber messed up my fade. She was able to fix it without any issues. True professional and extremely nice. Thank you Toya for the service.
