“Each year we call McCormack Heating & Cooling to service the gas packs. My family has known Bobby McCormack since the early 1970's. He runs an honest good business and doesn't take advantage of his customers. This year when the units were being serviced, the heat wouldn't come on. It turns out that a power distribution box associated with the generator was broken. The heating technician was able to bypass the box to make sure the heat was working. Bobby McCormack has helped my family and several friends of mine. Once he replaced the air conditioner for a co-worker. Six months after he installed her AC, he sent her a rebate check from the manufacturer for $500. He could have kept the money for his business but he didn't. He's an honest good man.
