Had a bad defrost circuit board in my HVAC unit. Scheduled quickly over the phone and one of Southern Comfort's technicians, Austin, replaced it the same day the defrost board was available. Excellent service! Very Professional! Highly Recommend!

Watching these guys work is like watching a master-class of technicians. They were punctual, did superb work, and were totally professional and courteous. I was in a real bind: old unit went out unexpectedly in very cold weather and I was recovering from spinal surgery and could barely walk. I called Tuesday evening, and by 12:30 PM next day I had a totally installed, working Carrier gas pack providing warming heat to my whole house. can't praise Southern Comfort HVAC enough. They collaborated with our builder for our new heating and cooling system, and it's been fantastic.
