Saw the “rug wash guru” billboard with a dog on it in Hampton Cove after buying a rug off of Facebook marketplace and decided to get it cleaned because the previous owners has a dog and there was evidence of previous stains.. I expected some of the stains to lighten and the smell to go away; but I was pleasantly surprised by the intense brightening and revival of texture too! This is a 100% wool rug, “ivory” colored and came out so bright, soft, and pleasant smelling. I highly recommend the admiral cleaning!

This was our first time having cabinets made and going into the process we were nervous with all of the options. Chris made everything so easy to understand and helped us figure out what would be best based on our idea photos. They were extremely careful during install and the quality is unmatched! We bought a house with termite contract with this company, so when we had some ants after a big rain we called them. They were out the next day, educated us about the insects & their patterns, and sprayed and laid bait. When we had a few stragglers still around a few days later, they came out the day after I called and re-sprayed, baited, and took a deeper look into where the source might be. Found it outside, and sprayed again around the exterior. Very pleased!There was a few calls I had tried to make a few days ago that kept going to a very confused older man, so I'm not sure if the lines get occasionally crossed? I saw another review saying they neve called back, but I've had no issues with calling back, or reaching them besides that one day
Elaine has a good sense of what I like and what looks good on me. She gives a great cut, too. No wonder she stays so booked up!
