We bought a house with termite contract with this company, so when we had some ants after a big rain we called them. They were out the next day, educated us about the insects & their patterns, and sprayed and laid bait. When we had a few stragglers still around a few days later, they came out the day after I called and re-sprayed, baited, and took a deeper look into where the source might be. Found it outside, and sprayed again around the exterior. Very pleased!There was a few calls I had tried to make a few days ago that kept going to a very confused older man, so I'm not sure if the lines get occasionally crossed?
