Absolutely amazing staff. I broke my glasses and they fixed them in 10 minutes! Their willingness to accommodate for customer needs exceeded my expectations. I’ve never experienced such a kind easy going atmosphere within a optometrist office.
Came to the appointment with my husband and son. We really enjoyed the eye care experience here. Both the owner and front desk associate were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and really showed that they cared. Hands down best experience as a customer. Can’t wait to come back!
They are SO SWEET, one of the gentlemen that works there gave me an excellent tip about using a warm wash cloth for my dry eyes and a pair of eclipse glasses for free! And Haley was so sweet and incredibly helpful as well. So appreciative for the 30 minute wait time for glasses!
