Sharita greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and answered all my questions about using insurance. She was also very friendly and helpful when I returned to pick up. Jamila was great at making sure my glasses fit great. The whole team had great customer service. I will be back!

I don't normally enjoy going to places like this because the employees are normally just trying to make a sale and don't truly care about the customer. A'mauri however, she is a different bread altogether. Not only is she so so knowledgeable about the products she is pushing, she also is so warm and inviting and seems to genuinely care. I will for sure be coming back to this Americas Best specifically.

I had my first appointment with America's Best in Madison this morning. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. My exam went quickly and Dr. Lott was kind and professional. Donnie was my last point of contact and he was phenomenal! If I hadn't already decided this would be my new place, Donnie would have sealed the deal. He was so sweet and helpful and made me feel appreciated. This was a perfect first experience and I will 100% recommend this location to everyone who needs new glasses!
