We also offer FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT with specialized service in the Madison area. Rental side note:The condition a tenant leaves our home is of upmost importance. Quality care by the tenant is expected to fulfill their lease. Maintenance items are all initialed off at time of contract. Tenants should read their lease agreements to understand all requirements at move in & move out. When you lease our homes you have a fresh, clean home with excellent yards. This is how it should be left for the next person.~ Qualify: Mo income = 3.5x mo rent. Credit should be in good standing.
